Manford Kwan, is founder and President/CEO of ASAT Solutions
Inc., a company providing Automation Solutions and Technologies
(ASAT) for Electrical Utilities and Industrial customers,
specializing in substation server platforms, IED integration,
and substation automation applications.
Manford held various senior positions with GE Energy Canada
from 1986 - 2000, (formerly Harris/Westronic) including
Project Management, Director of Sales and Marketing (based
in Australia) and General Manager of Global Sales.
For over 24 years, Manford's career has been focused on
the SCADA market including EMS/DMS/RTU and Substation Automation
projects.
Manford holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical
Engineering with a minor in Computer Engineering from the
University of Calgary. He is a Professional Engineer with
the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and
Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA), a senior member of the
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer (IEEE)
and working group member of the International Electrotechnical
Commission (IEC) Technical Committee TC57.
Dennis
Wong
VP, Sales & Marketing
ASAT Solutions Inc.
Dennis Wong is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at
ASAT Solutions Inc. based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Dennis
is responsible for business development, marketing and sales
for ASAT's product, service and solutions business.
Prior to joining ASAT Solutions Inc., Dennis held various
senior positions with GE Energy Canada from 1990 - 2002
(formerly Harris Controls and Westronic Inc.) including
Project Manager, Regional Sales Manager for Asia Pacific
regions, and General Manager of Global Sales for GE automation
products. Prior to joining GE, Dennis was an industrial
automation system engineer with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley).
For two decades, Dennis' focus has been on power system
and industrial automation.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Alberta. He is a registered
Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional
Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA),
and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic
Engineers (IEEE) and Power and Energy Society (PES). Dennis
lives in Calgary with his family.
Peter Lee is Vice President of Operations at ASAT Solutions
Inc. based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Peter is responsible
for project management and business operations.
Prior to joining ASAT Solutions Inc., Peter held various
leadership positions with GE Energy Canada in commercial
operations, program management, project management and project
engineering in both domestic and international operations.
For over 20 years, Peter's focus has been on project execution
and substation products and SCADA system in the power utility
industry.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Calgary. He is a registered
Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional
Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).
He lives in Calgary with his wife and 2 children.
Stewart
H. Saunders, MBE, Bsc(Eng.), DipMS, C.Eng., MIEE, MBIM
Strategic Business Advisor
ASAT Solutions Inc.
Mr. Stewart Saunders is the Strategic Business Advisor
at ASAT Solutions Inc. In this capacity, he assists the
management team in developing market strategies and business
direction.
Prior to joining ASAT, Mr. Saunders was the Chief Operating
Officer of CLP Power in Hong Kong. Mr. Saunders also held
various engineering and senior executive positions in ScottishPower
and Manweb (Merseyside and North Wales Electricity Board)
in the United Kingdom. He began his prestigious professional
career in the electric power industry in 1960.
In 2002, Mr. Saunders was awarded the MBE (Member of the
Order of the British Empire) for his services to the electricity
industry in the UK.

Brent Strader is the Strategic Business Advisor for ASAT
Solutions Inc. In this capacity, he assists the management
team in developing market and product strategies as well
as provide operational direction to position the business
for growth.
Mr. Strader brings 25 years of industry experience in electric
utility automation product supply and services. He has held
senior management positions with General Electric, GE Harris
and Westronic Inc. He most recently led the GE Substation
Automation business in Calgary, Canada as General Manager.

Moen
Manager, Corporate Communication
ASAT Solutions Inc.
Audrey Moen is the Manager, Corporate Communication at
ASAT Solutions Inc. Audrey is responsible for Marketing
and Communication, human resource personnel administration,
bookkeeping, management and coordination of daily office
operations, as well as the development of procedures and
policies. Audrey is committed to providing the most efficient
and professional service possible.
Prior to joining ASAT, Audrey worked for General Electric
where she gained valuable diverse experience in office management,
marketing, project management, accounting and customer service.
Audrey holds a Certificate in Business Management from
the University of Calgary as well as a Certificate in Applied
Project Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of
